Artist Statement
My process is intuitive. I mostly work in black and white photography, and I’m drawn to moments that carry a feeling. I like to try to preserve them as they are, before they shift or fade. Whatever the feeling is, whether it’s awe, melancholy, or discomfort, I want to preserve it and then offer it to someone else. I’m not intentionally looking for a specific response. I just want the work to make you feel something. Any response is enough.
